Dianne Neaves Education Services is the culmination of over two decades of cross-disciplinary experience in education, engineering, research, and community service.
Rooted in the belief that learning should be holistic, equitable, and accessible, Our work focuses on supporting underserved communities, adult learners, and organizations striving to create inclusive, empowering environments.
Meet Dianne Neaves
Dianne Neaves began her career as a mechanical engineer in Puerto Rico, managing projects across public and private sectors before transitioning into education. Her passion for service and commitment to equitable learning led her to earn a Master’s degree in Bilingual/Bicultural Education from Texas State University.
Her work spans bilingual education, adult learning, curriculum design, career pathways, and instructional support, integrating digital learning tools and culturally responsive strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. Dianne holds a strong belief that every individual deserves a fair chance to develop their full potential, regardless of background or life stage.
Beyond the classroom, Dianne’s volunteer work with international humanitarian initiatives has shaped her global perspective and deepened her commitment to education as a force for empowerment. She brings technical expertise, cross-cultural insight, and a learner-centered approach to every project she supports.
